White Chocolate (Blanco): Our White Chocolate Tartufo starts with our Vanilla Bean base Gelato that is mixed with a rich satin white chocolate to create the white chocolate gelato then is hand scooped out with an Amarena Cherry placed inside and dipped in white chocolate to create it's outer chocolate shell and decorated with dark chocolate splashes.
