Tartufos are common in Italy but still considered a delicacy in America. In Italy, it is prepared professionally as well as sold commercially. These desserts are most common in Italian restaurants as well as other gourmet restaurants in flavors such as chocolate hazelnut, pistachio, red raspberry and white chocolate.  We also manufacture many other custom flavors.
